2007 DESMO Holiday Party

DESMO's Seventh Annual Holiday party was on Saturday, December 8, 2007, at Dave & Busters in the Palisades Center Mall. There were about 110 members and family coming out to join in the festivities-DESMO's largest holiday party yet.

While we feasted, Jon recapped the year…hitting our highlights between the Oil Spill, trackday, seven organized rides, and our BBQ and Bike Show. Then Roger and Kent quizzed the crowd, with Sandro winning a gift certificate to Digital Art Classics.

Jon took back the mike for the latest edition of the Dezzie Awards. Gary won the Posts the Most Award again, and we handed out many of our usual awards, like our Helping Hand Award and our Newbie Award. Plus some new ones, like Walter's Born Again award, for returning to Ducatis and DESMO.

After the awards, we kicked off our raffle. As always, we snagged some great prizes, including six trackdays, three helmets, and two tires, and much, much more, from the following vendors:

Truly a great evening. Great food, company, swag and BEER..... what could be better? Well planned and managed, damn great raffles, great humor all 'round, just a fine way to spend the evening! It was great to see the DESMO gang and catch up on some interesting happenings!

A SUPER FANTASTIC time!!! And we'll get some photos up as soon as possible…of the fun and of the awards.

    See you next time!
